The former Presidents of the United States are being honored on a brand new sequence of circulating commemorative dollar coins. The Presidential Dollar Program began in 2007 with the primary four issues of the collection honoring George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, as well as James Madison. So, is the US Mint Director gnashing his teeth in frustration?
No, as a result of the greenback coins are still successful economically, from the mint's perspective, even if none of them EVER circulated.
